Help! My DVD doesn’t work!
If your DVD does not seem to work, try
the following:
If the problem is with the serial
number, the
following number will work - dZv9CR76Ut8awB6
Remember the number is case sensitive.
If you put the DVD into the drive and
nothing
happens, open “my computer”, and find your
DVD drive. Right click on it and
choose
“explorer”. Locate the autorun.exe file and
run it (double click on it).
If you can enter the serial number and
it
is accepted, you should see a
splash screen.
This will close and internet explore
should open
a menu of options. Choose what you want to
do. To open the main DVD menu at anytime
double click on the index.html file
on the DVD
(this will
bypass the splash screen).
